----THANK A LOT FOR YOUR COMMENTS AND RATINGS--- I went to Indonesia when for 2 months and I have backpacked from Jakarta all the way across Java Island, hitting Bali for surfing and then going even further east to the Lombok Islands. I have not planned anything, I only bought return airplane ticket from London from Emirates to Jakarta and I was making everyday in South East Asia an adventure. I highly recommend using AirAsia to fly in this region as they are cheap and their service is better than British Airways. In Jakarta Jalan Jaksa is great for a nice place to stay and in Bali in Kuta, Poppies Lane I is really good (better than Poppies Lane II). Poppies I has got awesome, cheap and clean massage parlours across all of the street. The ones at Jalan Legian are dodgy and they offer you a 'special service'. I was travelling from June until September and the weather was terrific i.e. every day blue sky and around 28-32 degrees.
